I am trying to limit the scope of the account portal to just account stuff. The account portal used to be more of a main website for all things Unity, but now that is https://unityhpc.org.

• dropped pages SQL table
• removed the content management page, API
• added new template home.php to replace the "home" page from SQL
• removed the "support" page
• added optional overrides for header.php, footer.php, home.php
• removed LOC_HEADER, LOC_FOOTER globals

the new home page adds a link to "log in" if the user is not logged in:

TODO if/when this goes live:

• override the home page based on the current SQL home page contents
• add a navbar link called "support" that goes somewhere in the docs
• remove a bunch of other navbar links

Future work:

• remove cluster notices
• remove ckeditor
